Weather Ball is used in conjunction with Groudon or Torkoal's Drought, becoming a powerful coverage move against opposing Steel-types. It turns into Max Flare under Dynamax, allowing Venusaur to OHKO Zacian-C with Life Orb and hit opposing Venusaur extremely hard.
