Analyse

When equipped with a Life Orb, Galarian Farfetch'd is an incredibly strong wallbreaker that can defeat common Fighting-type switch-ins due to its sheer power. Knock Off weakens switch-ins such as Koffing and Mareanie, leaving them vulnerable to be 2HKOed by Close Combat after slight chip damage. Brave Bird hits Fighting-types, Larvesta, and Foongus. Quick Attack can finish off low health, faster Pokemon such as Focus Sash Abra brought down to 1 HP, as well as low health Diglett, and Carvanha. Galarian Farfetch'd can form a Fighting spam core with Mienfoo or Timburr to help break down opposing Fighting-type checks, such as Koffing. Pivots such as Larvesta and Trace Porygon can use U-turn or Teleport, respectively, to get Galarian Farfetch'd onto the field to fire off its powerful attacks, as well as helping with its lack of defensive utility.

Analyse

Final Gambit gives Galarian Farfetch'd a unique niche on teams with Mienfoo. If it can't clean late-game with its powerful STAB Close Combat, good coverage, and Choice Scarf, Final Gambit lets it remove a check for another teammate to sweep. Final Gambit, with this EV spread, OHKOes Mareanie after Stealth Rock, Koffing, and Mienfoo, three potential checks to Galarian Farfetch'd; however, it should be used carefully to avoid a disadvantageous trade. Natu is a very effective team partner for Galarian Farfetch’d, able to block entry hazards with Magic Bounce to allow a full strength Final Gambit. Natu, and other Pokemon checked by Steel-types like Abra, Staryu, and Porygon, all appreciate Galarian Farfetch’d pressuring Steel-types. They can pressure Poison-types in return.
