Eiscue aims to use Substitute to facilitate safe setup and then use Belly Drum to activate its Salac Berry and setup to +6 Attack, making it faster than unboosted Pokemon under base 100 Speed with its Ice Face intact and letting it outpace nearly the entire tier if its Ice Face is broken. However, even at +6 Attack, it misses key OHKOs due to Icicle Spear's unreliable damage and is extremely easy to revenge kill with any faster special attacker or Choice Scarf Sawk, which ignore Ice Face. Use Crustle or Silvally formes as setup sweepers instead.
