Moves Whilst this set does not grant the incredible damage Choice Specs Unown can deal, being the speediest in the current metagame—faster than those living in the modern world—is key to success. The most powerful Unown can outspeed several foes with a Timid nature such as Jolly Gliscor, Jolly 176 Speed Jirachi, and Adamant Salamence. Should you choose to take the more powerful choice and try a Modest nature instead, almighty Unown can still outspeed Jolly Gyarados, Timid Heatran, Jolly Breloom and Jolly Cloyster, allowing it to utterly destroy these enemies with the Hidden Power of choice. Set Details There are no more options for this set, for Unown runs Hidden Power and only Hidden Power, its pride does not allow it to try other moves. It won't need any other attacks, anyway, as it's the perfect revenge killer and will just need to switch in and deal huge damage to its foe, then run away while a teammate deals with the remnants of the opposition. Unown is a solid staple in any team and it will not deceive you. The ability to OHKO Toxicroak with its superior Psychic-type powers will come in handy when you have to face the troublesome rain teams that plague the current metagame. All of the OU powerhouses will, ultimately, fall to Unown's might. Set Details You could run a Timid nature, but Unown does not need to be fast; remember, it has the superb Hidden Power at its disposal. However, the all-powerful Unown will probably have just one chance to attack before it faints, so it may need the Speed against faster foes. Team Options Because Dark-types are mean to Unown and will try to Crunch its feeble body, it's generally a good idea to team it up with bullies such as Conkeldurr or Terrakion, who will gladly take the attack and answer with a brutal, well-thrown Superpower. Lucario, the OU Fighting-type outcast, will gladly help Unown as well with its powerful ExtremeSpeed. The mean Ghost-types of OU, Gengar and Jellicent, as well as the hyped-up but less powerful Psychic-types, Alakazam and Reuniclus, may try to hit Unown with a pesky Shadow Ball. Therefore it is recommended to pair Blissey or Chansey with Unown, as they will gladly take Shadow Ball. Steel-types that can deal with these opponents are also helpful, such as Skarmory and Heatran, as they are friendly towards Unown and respect it enough to protect its life and vanquish its foes. Unown will enjoy any type of support your team can give: Stealth Rock, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Light Screen, Reflect, and spreading paralysis help it shine and let it do its work. In fact, it's highly recommended that you enact your support before letting Unown unleash its fury because, as they say, you'd be better safe than sorry. Unown might not look like the fittest member of your team, but it is a really solid Pokemon that's remained throughout the years because it's never had to change at all! Unown's great power, coverage and movepool allow it to sweep unprepared teams that are unaware of its might.

This is an ingenious moveset spread across the ages, constructed piece by piece with painstaking care in the arching caverns and ancient machinery of the most devious and cunning hive mind in the history of anything. This moveset brings Unown's fullest potential into the light. His most powerful move, Hidden Power, rips through Magikarp, Hoppip, and Feebas with its unimaginable power, 2HKOing and OHKOing Magikarp and Hoppip with Hidden Power Ice, respectively. A neutral Hidden Power gives Feebas the ol' one-two-hit KO. When facing such opponents, Unown is unbeatable. As if this wasn't proof enough of Unown's superiority, Hidden Power Ice OHKOs Flygon. Transporting to prehistoric ages, Unown can 2HKO the powerful T-rex, Tyranitar, with Hidden Power Fighting. And going even higher up on the evolutionary ladder, Groudon is 2HKOed by Hidden Power Ice. Supporting Unown is essential, for it performs best in an environment with which it is comfortable. As Unown can sometimes get temperamental when dropped into a situation outside of what it is used to (caves, incest), it is wise to pair Unown with familiar environmental hazards. Stealth Rock can be set in play by Donphan and Jigglypuff. Dual screens are also helpful, as they remind Unown of the old, mysterious days, steeling him against attacks. Uxie, Mesprit, and Mewtwo are excellent choices. A Dugtrio is a popular choice for befriending your Unown. They often reminisce about caving, and if Dugtrio is feeling particularly adventurous, Unown can explore Dugtrio's lower half. In return, Dugtrio traps Chansey, who otherwise walls Unown, and 2HKOs her with Earthquake. Having a Normal-type on your team also helps; as Unown has been secluded for thousands of years, it needs a normal Pokemon to teach it the ropes in today's modern world. Chansey is a magnificent choice; it is immune to Ghost-type moves such as Shadow Ball that threaten Unown. Chansey also supplies paralysis support, which raises Unown's low self-esteem about its Speed. Fighting-types like Hitmonlee and Machop will help toughen Unown up; they will also take Dark-type moves for it. Scarf Primeape can come in and scare Dark-type Pokemon out with Close Combat, but he can't take multiple hits well. Being an outcast, Unown is oft a target for Pursuit. To help Unown feel less insecure and lonely, it is suggested to pair it with a teammate that allows you to get a free Swords Dance, Calm Mind, or Nasty Plot in, while at the same time not take too much from a switch-less Pursuit. Superb choices are Lucario, Suicune, and Darkrai. Taking care of Unown is difficult, but ultimately worthwhile. With the right care and attention, it will grow into a wonderful Pokemon. Hidden Power is Unown's only move, so it might as well try to take advantage of its STAB. Hidden Power Psychic hits Fighting- and Poison-type Pokemon such as Hitmonchan, Arbok, and Swalot. This EV spread has enough bulk so that Unown can tank a Hidden Power Ghost from unboosted Jolly Bulk Up Hitmonchan and KO it after Spikes a majority of the time. It still outspeeds uninvested base 60 and 70 Speed Pokemon such as physically defensive Tangela and Dewgong. Twisted Spoon boosts Hidden Power Psychic, allowing it to 2HKO Hitmonchan and ∞HKO Dark-types such as Sableye, Murkrow, and Cacturne. Levitate gives Unown a type immunity and allows it to switch into top-tier threats such as Choice Band Hitmonchan locked into Earthquake. Great teammates for Unown include Ditto and Luvdisc, with the former possessing a Ghost immunity for Unown while Unown can tank Fighting-type hits and the latter helping keep faster foes in check.

Pretty simple set I would say. Hidden Power Psychic is chosen because of STAB. Twisted Spoon is there because it won't be able to take any hits so Leftovers is pointless, so you might as well boost Hidden Power a bit. Don't expect this to beat anything, though.
