Bulk Up Zeraora covers Steel- and Dark-types like Magnezone and Mega Gyarados, along with beating sleep users such as Smeargle and Jumpluff. In return, Necrozma defeats Pokemon like Donphan, Mega Altaria, Mega Charizard X, and Kommo-o that beat Electrium Z Zeraora.
